Service Description
Our Walkthrough Experience At Clean Break, we believe great service starts with understanding your home and your needs. That’s why we offer a personalized walkthrough before providing a final quote. This allows you to meet who will be caring for your space, share what matters most to you, and show us exactly where you’d like extra attention. During the walkthrough, we review your home’s size, condition, and layout, discuss your service preferences, and recommend the best cleaning plan for you.
Cancellation Policy
By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following: My appointment time is reserved specifically for my home and cleaning team The service selected reflects my home’s current condition; additional services or a deep clean may be recommended if needed. Payment is due upon completion of service, with invoices sent digitally the day of service Cancellations and reschedules are subject to Clean Break’s standard policies Add-on services are optional and must be approved in advance For Membership Clients: Membership pricing applies only while service remains consistent (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) Skipped or canceled visits may revert to standard pricing Membership clients follow the same cancellation, reschedule, and payment policies as all clients Cancellations & Rescheduling - Reschedules with 24+ hours’ notice: No fee - Same-day reschedule: $15 reschedule fee - Same-day cancellation (no reschedule): 35% of the scheduled service total - Lock Outs: 50–100% of the service total * Membership clients are not exempt from cancellation policies, as scheduled time is reserved for the team. Payments & Billing - Payment is due upon completion of each service - Invoices are sent automatically the day of service - Accepted payment methods: Cash App & Venmo - Cash/check accepted for legacy clients only (handled by management) * Late payments are subject to a $10 per day late fee after 48 hours of service. Membership Changes or Cancellation - Memberships may be canceled at any time with proper notice - Membership pricing ends immediately upon cancellation * Clean Break reserves the right to adjust or discontinue memberships with notice Add-On Services Add-ons (oven, fridge, windows, baseboards, laundry, etc.) are not included in standard pricing and must be approved separately. - Our Commitment We are committed to providing: - Consistent quality - Professional service - Clear communication - Respect for your home and time
